I'm 165 pounds and 5ft3in AA cup. Large fit fine. The fabric is nice. Smooth and thinner than other tri suits I've worn. POST-SWIM UPDATE: I am only using this for chlorinated pool swimming (can't show back or thighs at the gym in Saudi Arabia), so I will update in a year about how that goes. Now that I've been in the water, I think I could have gone with a medium as there is little compression. That said, though, I'm only a fitness swimmer, so a little drag (minimal, just in the butt) is not the end of the world and is actually worth the comfort. I can't stress enough how comfortable this fabric is, and especially the silicon treated leg bands. On other tri-suits, the leg bands cut into my thighs and the stick is so strong it pinches me. Not so with this suit. The legs stay put, but I don't feel the bands working. Also, the suit is very light weight and dries quickly, which should be a boon for actual triathletes. Don't be put off by the warnings in the size chart if you don't fit neatly into both weight and height. Just go by weight, I'd say. That's what I did, and I was fine.
