This is a cute, comfortable, flattering and functional swimsuit. I use it to actually swim at open swim and wanted something that was supportive, modest and comfortable to do laps. I really wanted a one piece and searched all the big name swim brands but they just do not fit short people unless you are small all over. I am a recreational "athlete" in that I enjoy a variety of fitness activities to stay healthy, but I am not built like an Olympian. I am a busty 5'1", 123 lbs. The smallest Speedo torso measurement was 60" (I'm 57") with a 32" bust (I'm 36). Definitely not designed with me in mind. This suit, though, is great. It is made well. It does not feel like an inexpensive suit. I ordered a M for the bust size and it fits perfectly! It's a generous shelf bra (removable pads) with two-way customizable straps in the back to get just the fit you want. You can shorter or lengthen the tank and widen or narrow the back. Really smart design. The neckline allows movement and prevents wardrobe malfunctions. The bottoms have a comfortable waist rise with some tummy control and full bottom coverage, and average leg rise (not too low, not too high). My other suits all have small bottoms since I'm not wide in the hips, but the mediums are usable, just appear high rise, which is fine because they are covered by the top.My only "complaint" if you want to call it that is that the top is long on me. It covers most of the bottoms when I'm wearing it. It is not snug but looks like a regular, slightly loose tank in the stomach area. But, because it's designed to fit "normal" M-sized people, I was expecting this and because it's a two piece it doesn't look too weird. I'll probably take it to a tailor to have it shortened by about 2" just to be a little more proportional, but it'd be totally fine if you didn't do that. Just know that if your are short, it's going to cover more of your tush.Overall, a very good option to meet my swimming needs. I'm glad to have discovered it.
